James Irvine Foundation Leadership Awards: Advance Peace Mural

I worked as the Cinematographer & Director of Photography for the Virtual Unveiling video of the Advanced Peace mural in Stockton, CA. I worked closely with the artist, the editor for the video & the client to ensure the completion of the project.

The Irvine Awards Foundation commissioned a mural in honor of Irvine Award recipient DeVone Boggan and his organization dedicated to ending cyclical & retaliatory gun violence in American urban neighborhoods, Advance Peace. The artist for the mural was John Horton, a multidisciplinary artist experimenting with painting in the digital aesthetic and the editor for the video was Bryan "Birdman" Mier.

I was brought on to the project by Bryan to film and photograph the painting process for the mural in Stockton, Ca.
